The project is consist of 7 towers of a different heights started from 10 floors to 40 levels, with a boutique hotel of seven floors. The Master Planning and the Architectural Design done by EDAW & Elenberg Fraser from Australia AJ-Design was involving with all the Architectural Record, MEP and Structural Design.

In this project the designer create a huge diversity between the Arabian Gulf Traditional Architecture and the Global One.
